My son and I have gone here for years--maybe a decade or so. The staff and doctors are amazing so we keep coming back whether or not they are covered by my insurance. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I am visiting Seattle and have a pair of Barton Perreira’s that lost a screw. I originally bought them in Chicago but Overlake Eye Designs was listed on Perreira’s retail site. They were so kind and replaced the screw and wouldn’t even accept any payment! Fantastic experience. Thank you!

Great eye exam / visit. Dr. Bessie Pian was fantastic and explained my eye health conditions very well. I look forward to being a long term patient with Overlake Eye Designs. The staff should also be commended, as they are equally excellent. I took off a star rating only because they are out of network with VSP insurance and raises my out of pocket costs.

We are very pleased with the level of patient care after my child came in to be seen after scratching his eye. The Dr. was very patient and accomodating when diagnosing our uncomfortable and nervous child. She helped comfort the injury with eye drops and walked my son through the process of his first real eye exam. Treatment has been going smoothly and we've been following up with the Dr. daily to monitor the healing process. Highly recommend this place!

I have been looking for an optometrist who actually took time to have a chat about my concerns, and take time to answer my questions. Dr. Wong went above and beyond for me. The staff is all very caring and considerate, and even though I was a few mins late, they did not make me feel bad. They worked quickly, but I never felt rushed. This place is wonderful, and after a long search I finally found an eye doctor I can trust.

Great service. I've been going there for 15+ years. I used to go to one of those big box optometrists where they kept giving me strong and stronger prescriptions. Since going to Overlake my eyesight has improved and my prescription has gone down.
