Because I got sick the night before my appointment it was Sunday, fever and cold in the morning i have to cancel my appointment because no way I can make it i sent e mail earlier and I called at 8 am but they charge me 50$ fee because I got sick very bad management

Dr. Hung and her team are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, and kind. I've had a lot of bad dentist experiences, and this is not one of them. I'm very happy to have found them. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Dr. Hung thoroughly explained everything to me, which was nice as someone who is generally curious, but gave me a better understanding of how to better care for my teeth. My hygienist Jen was fantastic. I highly recommend Tulip Dental, especially if dentist trips are difficult for you.

I'm very happy with Tulip Dental. They checked everything from A to Z. They explained me in detail about all the treatment process and the costing with my insurance before starting. I will follow up my treatment with them.

I tried a few other dentists in Redmond, but kept having bad experiences until I found Tulip. My teeth have gotten more sensitive as I've gotten older, and going to the dentist had become something I truly dreaded. Folks at Tulip made an effort to avoid pain and although I won't say I enjoy it, I don't hate it anymore. Even better, they gave concrete advice on floss and brushes that has made a noticeable difference in the past year. I've moved farther away, but plan to keep making the trip back to Tulip 😀

I had a dental issue, and Adriana at the front desk kindly arranged an appointment for me the very next day. Dr. Hung, together with her assistant Juliana, took great care of me and solved my problem right on the day of the evaluation. What made it even more special was that this happened just before the holiday break, on one of their last working days of the year. I’m truly grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication — they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a reassuring and positive experience.
