From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left, the service was excellent. Dr Sam was very kind and clear in explaining the benefits of my insurance and the treatment plan. Her dental assistant was brilliant too. I feel reassured and happy to have a trusted dentist and to be able to return for further treatment 🙂

I did a dental cleaning here and had a great experience. It’s a relatively new space, so everything is spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. And the office is quiet and not crowded. For example, the X-ray process was incredibly easy and comfortable (like taking a picture), better than the equipment I’ve experienced at my previous dental provider. The front desk staff is super friendly, and so is the dentist. Unlike my previous provider where assistants did most of the work, the doctor here is very hands-on and performed the entire cleaning herself. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and explained the rationale behind her recommendations in great detail. I never felt rushed.

I had a small filling done, but it caused severe pain afterward. Now I have been referred to another clinic to examine the issue. It appears that I may need a root canal and possible nerve removal, which I do not want. Additionally, the cost of the root canal exceeds what my insurance covers, leaving me with significant out-of-pocket expenses. However, I would like to clarify several important points. You mentioned that 40% of my tooth was compromised. From what I understand and saw, the filling area was very small — less than 1 mm. Previously, there was a filling in that tooth which fell out after a deep cleaning. I came to your office specifically to replace that filling. Before the procedure, I did not have this severe internal pain. Immediately after the numbness wore off, I returned because the tooth was very painful. We adjusted the bite two times, and each time I clearly explained that the pain was coming from inside the tooth, not just from the surface. Despite this, I was then sent for another examination and told that I now need nerve removal and a root canal, which is very expensive and not fully covered by my insurance. I am not a wealthy person who can afford to be sent from doctor to doctor for a problem that started only after this treatment. I came to fix a simple issue, and now I am facing a much bigger and more costly problem that I did not have before. I would like to understand how this situation can be resolved fairly.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The dentist was super kind and took the time to explain everything to me, which really helped since I was very nervous. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
