Dr. Bailey and the rest of the staff are really helpful and friendly..They make me feel comfortable everytime i do my check ups and most important , all my concerns and questions were answered to make me feel nothing to worry. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bailey to patients that are seeking for a good surgeons.👍

Dr Bailey and his staff are nothing short of amazing. Everyone is warm, friendly and kind. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I couldn’t think of a better place to be in the hands of when it came to reconstruction. I was given options, and was told the pros and cons of each procedure and never felt pressured to make a decision that I wasn’t comfortable with. I appreciated his honesty and realness when it came to expectations and what reconstruction would like. Hands down I would recommend Dr Bailey for any procedure that you may be thinking of.

The MOST amazing surgeon…I have underwent 5 implant reconstruction surgeries (post breast cancer) previously with another surgeon by which my implants would fail to uphold (all had stitches open up after being in agony with drains for weeks)…all attempts sadly were unsuccessful…many complexities were involved (radiated skin, infections and more), and I thought I was beyond repair…broken and hopeless, surgeries-fatigued (Had a total of 8 including removals due to infections) I found Doctor Chad.. He took on a difficult latissimus dorsi operation (involves removing a back muscle and moving it to the breast area), and it was a success… I came back months later to have a final implant reconstruction with him. Dont look anywhere else. The man is God sent. - Forever a survivor…

Dr. Bailey was very cordial and we felt really comfortable with him. He answered our questions and explained everything to us as to what to expect.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of years ago. After choosing my oncologist and breast surgeon, I did some research and found Dr. Bailey. His education, experience, and areas of expertise, were why I originally chose him as my reconstruction plastic surgeon. And I am SO THANKFUL that I found him. First, he is great at taking time to explain procedures and answer questions. He is honest about outcomes, and does not sugar coat the reality of breast cancer reconstruction surgery. Second, his work is fantastic...I could not believe how minimal the scaring was after my first surgery! and how well the end result has turned out. Third, when my body went sideways due to factors unrelated to his work, and things got really tough for me emotionally, he was kind, gentle, and understanding. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, run scenarios, and process my next step. I felt cared about, listened to, and understood. I have gone through a lot in the last two years, and he has been there for me, every step of the way. I could not have gotten through this without him. I won't lie...he is a busy guy, and if I was in for a quick check, it was just that...quick (which I actually liked). But he is there when it counts, when you need him to be, which coupled with his skill, is what truly matters. That, and the heart he pours into it. I'd chose him again and again...

Dr. Bailey was very kind, knowledgeable, supportive. Staff is sweet. Vibes are welcoming. Was recommended by friend. Was not disappointed.

I was dealing with a scary life changing event. Dr. Bailey and his team made me feel so comfortable, cared for and a priority. Love this team.
