Went to doctor Chris Howe at Proliance Orthopedic Associates for chronic lower back, hip, and leg pain. His plan was epidural steroid shots with Dr. Chilczuk first then laminotomy, if necessary, for three vertebraes. The injections worked well for the lower right back but surgery was needed for lower left back . Doctor Howe and his assistant ,Anastasia , made sure I understood the surgery process so there were no surprises. They are both caring and concerned individuals. Doctor Howe is a miracle worker. Now I can get in and out of my car, chairs,and even bend down and touch my toes without PAIN!. I would highly recommend doctor Howe for your neck, or back problems.

Dr Howe Performed spinal surgery on my father and did a wonderful job. Then spinal surgery was suggested for my husband and I asked him to see Dr Howe for a second opinion. He told him Not to do surgery. I was impressed by his honesty. He said it would not help his condition and would just be unnecessary surgery. So glad he did not just have the surgery with the other doctor who was just looking for work.
