Absolutely the worst place for elderly care. Do not go here!! My grandmother is positive with COVID and under Concerto’s care. I called the clinic and spoke to a nurse about available treatments due to being 91 and at highest risk for complications from COVID. The nurse told me they understand but the virus is “so new” there are NO TREATMENTS. We are the 3rd year into this pandemic. For a clinic that serves the most vulnerable patients, you’d think they would have some sort of medication for COVID but apparently this virus so SO NEW they haven’t got any medications yet. ConcertoHealth does NOT care about their patients. Please switch your insurance plan and RUN from them!! I can’t wait finally be done with concerto!

it is very difficult to get a real person on the phone and to get a call back I have had to call several times with no response I find this very disheartening I'm thinking about switching doctors because of this this is ridiculous! something needs to be done so patient s needs are not put on the back burner. I feel that I am not valued as a fellow human being that my health may be affected by the NO response time that happens all the time!!!

Thinking about transferring my gramma. Unprofessional and their customer service is horrible! Every time I call I have to wait next day until they call back. Their whole system and how they set it up is just ridiculous!

Concerto is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to done business with. They are rarely available to answer a phone call. Rarely do the call back. I have to call at least 3 - 4 times before I get any type of answer from them. I have 11 residents that go through them as their primary physician. Dr. Doug D'Jang is great! And a few MA's are amazing as well, but the communication between staff and their system they use is absolutely flabbergasting. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not worth the hassle.
