Dr. Arntz did a major repair on my right shoulder, and I'm so grateful for his experience and guidance during the healing process. The written instructions were very clear and he was both encouraging and careful to warn me about what action to avoid while recovering.

Dr. Arntz and his staff have taken wonderful care of me. I went to Dr. Arntz because of chronic shoulder pain that physical therapy only aggravated. After reviewing my x-rays and MRI, it was determined that I needed shoulder surgery. He took photos of the damage all during the surgery process and he had to repair a large hole in my rotator cuff tendon and reattach my biceps tendon, along with cleaning up arthritis and smoothing out the bones. He did a very thorough job and I am well on my way to recovery. His whole process was very efficient, and his staff were very attentive to my needs especially in the early stages of managing my pain. He is definitely my go to surgeon for any future shoulder or hand surgeries. He has a great bedside manner and is very caring. I highly recommend him.

After my shoulder replacement/reversal, I have regained use of my arm and shoulder. I am still in physical therapy to build strength, and am very pleased with the results.

I read the following review which stated my situation exactly and I couldn't have stated my experience any better so quoting this person's review.. "I had the weirdest experience with Dr. Arntz staff, despite being insured they refused to see my injury because I was in an accident. I was told Dr. Arntz does not even see people in motor vehicle accidents. What kind of a doctor makes his decisions based on origin of an injury. Isnt the part of the oath that they will help all patients?" The only difference for me is that he did surgery on my elbow years ago though not related to a car accident. So I was a previous patient and he still would not see me. I asked the receptionist to relay to him I was a previous patient and asked her to relay that to him and ask if he would reconsider. She told me it could be a couple weeks before I hear back but never got a call back. Dr. Arntz was great. He explained everything that I should expect from the surgery and followed up with me for 4 months after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Arntz to anyone in need of shoulder surgery.

Dr. Arntz replaced my left shoulder in January 2021. The procedure was done without complications and due to Covid I was allowed to go home the day of surgery and did not have to spend the night in the hospital. My overall outcome has been very good and I have full use of my arm. I highly recommend Dr. Arntz and Proliance Orthopedic Associates.

I had a distal clavicle resection done by Dr. Arntz. I was in his office 10+ times and always had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and I was always brought into my appointment on time. Dr. Arntz was extremely thorough with his assessment of my shoulder issue and I went into surgery relaxed and completely confident in his abilities. I needed Right shoulder surgery this year after an accident. I went back to Dr. Arntz after he did my Left shoulder surgery 5 years ago. He did such a great job on my Left shoulder, I felt he was the "go-to" person for my right. I am 14 weeks post-op and am feeling 100% and have been going to the gym and returned to work. I would highly recommend Dr. Arntz for shoulder issues.
