I've been seeing Dr. Bucher for a few years & she's been wonderful. The pandemic & an office move couldn't hold her back or keep her down! Tried to get her to come to Sun City West, AZ so I could stay on with her but I think she likes the rain more than the sun (jk)- that's ok though as so did I at one time also. She's been helping keep my early stages of glaucoma in check & wonderfully so. I'll miss her! Wayne Kempf

I am a patient in this practice and called today to report that I started having a small blind spot in my vision and some other issues. Was told that I should "just go and see an Optometrist for this issue as they are Ophthalmologists". Of course, they know that getting an urgent appointment anywhere is impossible as a new patient AND I am a nurse and that is complete nonsense. A new blind spot in your vision should be checked same day and is not below the level of an Ophthalmologist. I have had similar issues with this practice before and will not be returning. In addition, I informed the receptionist that Dr Bucher IS an Optometrist and she argued with me that she is an Ophthalmologist. They don't even know the credentials of their own staff and then tell me to go and see an Optometrist when she is one.
