I was referred to Renton Kaiser (dermatology department) from my PCP for a skin condition and I have (an am still) receiving care from Dr. Leonhardt and her staff. Let me just say, Dr. L is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and compassionate. Anytime you get referred to a specialist, It can be somewhat intimidating and or nerve racking, but Dr. L and all the nurses have been very positive and reassuring to me every time I come in. I would definitely recommend Dr. L and her staff if you are looking for quality care 10/10.

Great service from the time you walk in until the time you leave. I was greated as soon as i walked in and i was directed on how to self check in then shown where to go. The DR met me herself and too the tie needed for my care even though they were extremely short staffed. When I was walking out there was someone there to great me as i left.

I really truly appreciate Kaiser staff for all the help they have given to me and my family especially during the past traumatic four years. I’ve been with Kaiser for many years and cannot imagine going elsewhere. The staff who take such excellent care of me are devoted to not only their jobs but also ensuring whatever necessary service is needed, mental or physical health I receive it. I have much respect for Kaiser and staff.Judy P

Lobby is very big. When you check to visit any clinic on the 1st level check in on 2 nd floor. I have take elevator down to 1st level and walk down long hallway. PT. Arrive early to make it on time.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a medical facility I was rushed to the emergency room via ambulance then immediately put into the waiting room to Wait and bleed all over the waiting room floor. For almost two and a half hours before I was able to even receive any sort of pain medication or service. I have never been more insulted or left feeling absolutely taking advantage of they couldn't even offer me crutches because they did not have crutches for a man of six foot five. If you are going there for something related to old age you will not get served and you will inevitably get charged or ridiculous fee to be sent home with ibuprofen 800 mg.

I've had a whole new outlook on my medical care and trust in doctors since Kaiser Permanente Renton. Dr. Lobaton and the Renton team have been helpful and compassionate and a lighthouse for me during the past few years and I've never had this kind of care before to be honest. I am usually very picky and prefer details and have twenty questions and they just handle my mess in stride and very professional. Thank you Renton Kaiser , Lobaton and med team, physical therapy, and pharmacy for all that you do for us.
