Dr. Stephanie Nagai is a compassionate doctor and takes the time to listen to me and explain medication options including potential side effects to find the best fit for me. Her guidance helped me get through a very rough time, and I can’t thank her enough.

I have been going to them for years. But watch out, they charge your credit card without your authorization. I moved away this past Aug and just got charged today for $180 My last appt was in July. I called them and said I am disputing this charge and they no longer are authorized to use my card, which I told them months ago. I also sent a message to my bank . If they want clients to trust them, then they should not go charge clients months after their last appt. Also there is a copay of $25, so this does not add up. When I talk to them, I will tell them to delete my card info, and I will threaten them that if I see another charge,I will be calling authorities for fraud.

I don’t know if I’m just stupid or what but I was never told the cost of appointments and how much I would be charged and how much my insurance would cover. And now my mental health is even worse after services because all my money is gone lol. So cool. I would have never continued if I knew each app was $260 going through insurance but would have only been $170 if I paid out of pocket. Was never told any of this. So it’s so wonderful.

I have been calling for weeks now. This number is basically not working. I emailed this company 3 times to try and get services, but again no response. This is terrible for a company and doctors that are writing prescriptions for psychiatric medications to not respond to their patience and not insure that they are able to continue on their medications.

My appointment started late and it was very rushed. I was told multiple times that I needed to stop elaborating on my answers and to only answer yes or no because there was a time constraint. After the provider was visibly annoyed that I didn’t choose a medication that day (at my first appointment) and that I requested options to research, the appointment ended and the “time constraint” was a drug rep waiting in the lobby for her with iced coffees. The provider was Stephanie Nagai.

I’ve been going here for quite awhile and the progress I’ve made has been better than my previous place I went to for ten years. I’m very happy to have found a place who knows and listens to me. It would be a great decision to make an appointment and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!
