Excellent service and very friendly staff!

I see Dr. Wang, Dermatologist, at this location. He's great! He seems like a genuinely kind person, is knowledgeable, and listens to everything I need to share. He also responds quickly on mychart when I send him a message and I can get in within a reasonable amount of time. I absolutely recommend him!

Waited for an hour in the waiting room for the doctor to see me for 5 mins. No medical assistants to check on how I was doing. No updates on the tardiness. Such a waste of time, money and energy. Not sure if the commission needs to look at how some patients are being treated this way and it seems like insurance fraud when medical practitioners should be able to provide enough time to assess and reassure their patients.

i have seen Dr. Robert Mc glophlin for many years, he is one of the smartest doctors I have met and always provides me great solutions. Today I took my mom in for a new patient appt. The front staff Leloni and Sarah were both friendly and helpful! Leloni stepped forward to help when my mom’s insurance was denied. Getting a new patient exam takes a long time, and when I told them I was just going to have to pay out of pocket because my 82 year old mom needed to have a primary care physician since she moved in with me and she had health concerns. She got on the phone and worked at all out. We ended up seeing Dr Gerico (sp?) my mom loved him and his assistant Keoni (sp?) both of them took their time with my mom. They showed so much care and kindness with her. In all, there are not enough stars to rate this place. Thank you for taking care of us today.

Do not go here, especially if you have rheumatoid arthritis and if you do please don't sign a pain contract with Dr. Mendis. Dr. Mendis is the second worst doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. My urine sample was contaminated and I was never given a second chance to take another urine test and then she just discharged me from the entire practice because the urine sample came out as non human urine, which I have no idea why . Also she sends me discharge paperwork literally 3 days before my meds were due to be refilled so now I'm in extreme pain, the urine sample came back on July 10 and then I get a discharge notice on July 28, she could have at least reached out to me in those 18 days to retake the test but no she just cut me off. Now I can't see my other doctors in the practice as well. I also have a learning disability and struggle understanding certain words that were in the pain contract and I also was not aware why a pain contract is needed. I want to talk to a supervisor ASAP.

At that location a doctor had to be pressured by a patient into physically examining that patient, who came in with urgent concern. That provider insisted on questioning the patient about the patient's symptoms via phone, calling from the next room (?!) prior to coming into the exam room for a measly five minutes doctor visit. Outrageous! Just as you think that the Pacific Centers can't get any worse they do. If you want quality care go somewhere else.

Billing incorrectly caused me to pay hundreds of dollars that insurance should have covered. Takes almost 4 months to see your own doctor that you have a long standing relationship with. Definitely go to a different group.

I am so grateful for PacMed and have been a patient for 20+ yrs, as is for my husband. We have received the best medical care by professional and caring staff. I can't fathom what happened by some negative reviews, only that I have never witnessed any neglect, dismissive or non-support here. I suppose it can happen, but I believe that as a patient seeking medical care, you need to be involved in everything from care, to pharmacy and making appts, and insurance & billing, too. Yes I 100% recommend Pacific Medical Centers!

There is NO Saturday clinic in spite of this website
