managed for insurance companies.delays and indifference.My MRI results are several days late being delivered.I go here because they are the only place with an open machine.

This was my first MRI in an upright machine which I needed due to the nature of my injury and pain and the staff and the facility were fantastic. I was made to feel comfortable had an excellent attendant George and would highly recommend this location.

They share your personal information out loud in front of other people. They ask you to arrive early and so far everyone who got here after me has been taken back to see a specialist. Sitting 20 minutes after my appointment time plus the extra 30 minutes they asked me be here. 50 minutes and embarrassed waiting.

My overall experience with CDI in Renton was good. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I love the diagnostic staff and have had 3 exrays and 3 MRIs there. However I asked to get copies of my MRIs on disk for an important doctor appointment I had been waiting a month for. I called a week ahead and they told me they would be ready in 20 minutes. I told them Id come in on my way to the appointment. I called the morning of the appointment to ensure they were ready. They were not. The person I spoke to at Fedral Way location called the Renton location and said they would get them ready for me to pick up in an hour.I show up on my way to my appointment and the lady at the front desk says well the person who called gave me the wrong name we have nothing for you. Really? She then said they would get them started right away. I tried to explain I was going to miss my appointment in Seattle because they were promised to be ready for pick up. She said well Im sorry but there isnt anything I can do speaking to me in a placating way that was seriously rude. I waited 20 minutes and had to miss my appointment in Seattle. This was the second time this happened as the same thing happened while trying to pick up my MRI disc 6 months ago and it cost me an important appointment. Of course I thought the first time was a glitch. Now it seems like a pattern of ineptness within the system.When I got home I called the person I spoke with this morning in Federal Way and let her know the Renton location blamed it on her giving them the wrong name. Which she did not and was quite irritated that they blamed their mistake on her. CDI has made several thousand dollars if not over 10 thousand dollars off of my diagnostic imaging there. I would think the front desk staff would be more attentive to patient services after they collect their money. Their pattern of miscommunication and lack of follow through for simple and quick tasks adversely affect the lives of their patients when we have to miss important appointments we have had to wait to get and that could have possibly induced healing and brought pain relief. All because because they dont seem to either care or have their sit together on a regular basis. I wont be returning for any more imaging.

Friendly and professional staff makes the process better.

Everything about CDI from scheduling online paperwork front desk staff and the tech were amazing. It was the almost hour long wait that was frustrating. I had an appointment and left work early for that appointment. Id have appreciated a call letting me know they were running behind and I could reschedule or come in later. But just kept being told it would be another 10 minutes....x 5

I heard about a rude lady there but always had a cool guy there I guess this is the rude lady you read about in other reviews. I needed to get an MRI of my lower back and I cant say enough what a great experience I had at CDI the Renton location. I received friendly polite and professional service from the moment I walked into their facility. All of the people I interacted with front desk techs and Doctor were super I would recommend this facility to everyone.
