Javier is always thorough and engaged. He's never been dismissive of my concerns. I won't change primary care unless he's no longer practicing.
I went in for a UTI no urine sample was done, because I had already taken the over the counter pain relief and paid my $150 (I am cash pay). That should have covered it, but they sent me a bill for an additional $31. They said they gave me a cash pay discount, but can't show me the discount. There was very minimal time spent with me and the doc was great, but I don't like that they are trying to squeeze more money out of me, but can't tell me why and I didn't even receive the bill until months later.
Had some health issues so I needed a primary care doctor to do some blood work ASAP. Scheduled with this clinic and was on the schedule for about 2 months. I got a call the day before my appointment that there was a family emergency and would have to reschedule my appointment. The proposal was not to fit me in next week or fairly soon but OVER A MONTH away. I understand family emergencies happen but this is just ridiculous that they pushed me out so far over something that was not my fault. Ended up just canceling altogether and scheduling with a different provider. Would have been better off scheduling with them in the first place.
Ever since PIC sold the business, it has been a total s* show. The business office is based in Eugene, and they are clueless about anything going on in the Richland office. They have had numerous providers come and go in the short time (barely over a year) since they have owned it. Just getting a refill on a thyroid prescription turned into a major ordeal, and they didn't even return my phone call when I was looking for advice after testing positive for covid. So suffice to say I'm in the market for a new primary care provide.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
