Hoyeol Yang's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Yang did take a lot of time during my appointment but he didn’t understand (put words in my mouth after I saw him!) me plus my husband and I had a trouble understanding me. I asked him to write down some medications that he was going to research and prescribe me. He did not nor did I even get an understanding of how he treats patients. His office was extremely friendly but definitely DOES NOT do their JOB! He requested lab work etc…but didn’t send to the lab I requested and the right diagnosis codes!!!! I called the office twice or three times a week for about a month. Nothing got done. I finally got a call back after two months and asked if I did the labs which I didn’t because it wasn’t accurate. I’ve been sick for almost 2 years now and Dr Yang and his office don’t seem to care. He does a lot of procedures (more money for him)and is too busy to actually care about a patient. I am saddened how awful the medical field is. I need to have certain tests done and know that something is wrong and I’m so tired of doing all their work when I PAY them and No one does their job anymore. 😢

Dr Yang is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. His staff are friendly and professional.

I was the driver for someone, so a reasonable wait in the parking lot is required (it's Covid measures). Right before picking up the patient I found my vehicle wouldn't start. Lindsay who works in Dr. Yang's office went above and beyond to help me get started. I'm impressed by that level of kindness. Thank you!

Great staff and Doctor Yang was very professional. The procedure was done right on time and I checked out earlier than expected. I was skeptical but proven wrong!

Dr Yang has been seeing me for Crohn’s for 3 years. He and his staff are the best! Dr Yang is very knowledgeable and caring. I totally trust him with his diagnosis and treatment.

My recent procedure is a dreaded event that no body wants but is necessary for early screening!! Staff is very caring and answered all of my questions. I also see the Dr. for office visits and I highly recommend him. He takes his time and listens. Excellent bed side manner.

Absolutely horrible left me waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and again. As I sat in my car for my appointment hat was half and hour ago.

Dr Yang and his staff work hard to make sure their patients are comfortable and their concerns are addressed.  I just had by 3rd colon exam by Dr. Yang.  All three exams were painless, quick, and done in a respectful manner.  I recommend him.

Had an EGD done with Dr Yang on Wed. May 27th. Was taken in right on time and given as good a care as a patient can receive. Dr. Yang and staff explained procedure and what would be taking place. After procedure completed Dr Yang came in and talked to me about what was done and findings. The staff then came in to check on me and help get me ready to be wheeled to car where my driver was waiting. Told as to what to expect and how to manage any pain I had, Followed advise of staff and got immediate relief of sore throat.
