This place was great as physicians immediate care, ever sense it’s been Nova health this place is awful. I’ve heard a couple of nurses make fun of me, two of the receptionist are so rude. They’re condescending and blamed me for their mistakes. It’s one thing if someone’s being difficult, but I did what they asked as they asked and they acted like I was fighting it. There’s plenty of amazing people here, but some are not.

Dr Crawford, along with his nurse, Bridgette, are incredible medical professionals. They genuinely care for each patient and go above and beyond to make sure we are cared for.

While the appointment was conducted on time, I scheduled the appointment 6 months ago for a physical. I fasted as was requested but when I got there someone had decided to change the purpose of the appointment without telling me. Now I am delayed getting my physical and have to fast again. Poor customer service in my book.

Everyone at Nova Health primary care are friendly, and helpful. I recently had to change Doctors due to retirement, my new Dr. ,is informative, thoughtful and very likable. He and his nurse make going to the Dr. Easy and comfortable. I recommend Nova Health primary care to anyone who needs complete Healthcare. Thank you Dr.Crawford and Bridgette and your entire staff.
