Really great care from the nurse and the physician….. however, disappointing customer service from the front desk. She was rude and unwelcoming; which is even worse as a patient who’s already not feeling well. Front desk staff make or break a business, in my opinion. Won’t be returning to Nova Health.

I was diagnosed with acid reflux but when I went to the ER two days later I was diagnosed with bronchitas.

My experience was okay, not great. The staff was very polite. I was disappointed in the doctor that day. I have a LOT of allergies to medicines and they were clearly written in my chart. However it was very clear that he hadn't looked at the list when we discussed meds for me.

The front desk, nurse and doctor were all great. Somewhere along the line tho, the ball was dropped. Either my prescription wasn't called in, or my pharmacy just said they didn't have it. I called Nova after speaking with my pharmacy, they said they'd send it in again. Otherwise, everything was fast and efficient.
