List of Nova Health Urgent Care-Torbett Street's Reviews
I went in yesterday with wrist pain from a work injury. They diagnosed me quickly and got me a brace. I was prescribed 800 mg of Ibuprofen for pain and anti-inflammation. It’s telling me to take it 3 times a day. I’m a very small person in weight and size and that’s too much for my body. But other than that I have no complaints I was in and out quickly and everyone was very helpful and kind
I’ve normally had great care here. I’m not sure if this visit had to do with new company name or what, but I was not at all impressed!!!My entire visits USED to be UNDER an hour… this visit was over three hours of waiting, and what seemed like five minutes of treatment. Was not impressed!!! I appreciate the doctors assessment, and ordered meds are helping, but time it took SUCKED to say the least!!
No one wants to go to urgent care, but if you have to go, I'd recommend Nova Health Urgent Care. The staff was helpful, the paperwork minimal, and the wait time not awful. The doctor was compassionate, took his time to explain his findings about my condition and made sure that I understood his instructions before I left. The next time I need urgent care, I won't dread it as much knowing that I can visit Nova Health Urgent Care.
I showed up at the clinic filled out the paperwork and within 5 minutes they called me back. The Doctor looked at the problem and the type of wound I had, and because I have diabetes it was not healing. We talked about a plan, and I was out of the office within 10min. Fantastic services.
The only place in town to have a Covid test done.I was happy to finally find them in the old Physician's Immediate Care building on Jadwin , so close to my home. Very friendly staff and Dr. I'll go again if needed.
The staff was nice. The dr was doing good best. The line was horribly long. Checked in at 450pm. Didn’t get seen until 630 with my 2 toddlers. But we got a diagnosis and the 1 star less is because it takes forever to be seen. no adequate spacing in the lobby. We ended up sitting out in the car, which I prefer anyways to stay away from others. Although the lady working the front desk didn’t have any compassion or empathy for those who came in seeking medical attention. She just kind of seemed annoyed with everything and everyone. Even though everyone in the waiting room doesn’t feel good so her attitude kind of made it worse.
Everyone was very helpful and I left feeling much better than when I arrived!!
Quickly in and quickly out with correct diagnosis and prescription.
So you want feedback on my trip to Nova Emergency Care. Are you sure??I was seen very quickly, and was out of the facility within 30 minutes…very good.Unfortunately, the medication prescribed was not appropriate for my age and pre-existing conditions. In conjunction with the pharmacist, an alternate medication was recommended to the doctor in your facility at 9:30AM the day after my visit. After 3 phone calls, and 2 personal visits, the doctor still had not found time to review and modify my prescription. Finally, on the 3rd day, after 2 additional calls to the office, the modified prescription was FINALLY sent to the pharmacy. It took ~48 hours from the time I visited the clinic, until I was able to begin treatment. But the most concerning part of this whole ordeal, is that the medication prescribed initially, is not recommended for anyone over 60 years old (like me). The medical fact sheet for the originally prescribed medication, states it should not be used if there are ANY other alternatives.Needless to say, I was disappointed with the initial medication prescribed and the professionalism of the followup services.
I was seen quickly. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
