List of Nova Health Urgent Care's Reviews
Very helpful and easy to use doctor was great did it all in 1:30 hours
Very quick and helpful. Did have a problem where the prescription was not called in but my phone call to Nova got that corrected immediately.
My daughter is a wrestler and we believed she has a concussion. Her symptoms were ringing in the ears, headache, and Nausea. Before the doctor even looked or touched my daughter he said it wasn’t a concussion. He never looked at her eyes. He said even though she had a negative COVID test (home test) those are always wrong and to test her in a couple days because it’s more than likely COVID. Is everything COVID now?
The doctor and the Nurse were both awesome and made me feel comforted. I tested positive for Covid and they answered all my questions. When I showed up, I had a really bad migraine, I didn’t think I had Covid. My insurance recently expired so I had to pay out of pocket to get seen at the facility. When we found out I tested positive (15-20 mins later) the doctor made sure to ask the front desk lady to refund my $100 I spent to get seen. Will be going back in the future!
I went in to get a covid test the the other day and the lady at the front desk was very rude and impatient. Me and my girlfriend were very nice to her and would say please and thank you, and as we left we would tell her to have a great rest of her day. Regardless of how kind we were to her, she continued to be rude and lacked any kind of basic human empathy that you would assume someone in her position at an urgent care facility would posses. However, the doctor and nurse that administered the tests were very kind and had great bedside manner. If I didn’t have to deal with the lady at the front desk being so mean and impatient, then my experience would have been a 10/10.
Extremely appreciative of the staff . Went in for covid testing for my daughter to return to school . Staff was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you for all you are doing in these crazy times!
I always see Karen’s posting bad reviews, but I have to share this. I walked in at 1:04. I was checking in by 1:10. They took me back and got my weight and vitals. I told the nurse a little bit of what was going on. The doctor came in, listened to my lungsTHROUGH MY PUFFER JACKET, took a look at my throat, made a comment that it was red and prescribed me amoxicillin. He put that I had strep throat on the chart and sent me on my merry way. I had questions but he would talk over me (which was easy to do because I lost most of my voice), and said that the antibiotics would knock out whatever I had as he rushed out the door. I didn’t get a chance to ask for an inhaler that I went in for. I was in my car leaving at 1:18. I saw the doctor for maybe 2 minutes.A+ for speedy service— hence the 2 stars. If anyone is looking for an urgent care— GO TO HEALTH FIRST URGENT CARE. They take actual care of their patients.
Everyone who helped me with a work injury were sweet and helpful
Friendly and professional staff
It was a long wait and some confusion I was told to wait outside then I was forgot about. One of the receptionist really didn't seem to like her job the other was friendly and you could tell was over worked. I went at two to get tested for covid-19 and was finly seen at six pm.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
