Called to schedule an Telehealth app-t. Clinic responded to me that Dr. LEENA CHACKO not taking new patients and they don't have openings for Telehealth app-ts now. Disappointing.

Dr. Chacko is awesome!

If you want a doctor that will listen to your concerns, ask for Dr. Chacko! After years of medical gas lighting, I finally found a doctor and medical team that listens to my concerns! Same goes for my husband as well- they found hyperthyroidism that was never caught because they never ordered the right tests and we were able to treat the symptoms that he had been suffering from for years without medication! I cannot thank this team enough. We are moving so will not be able to see her again but we would take this team with us if we could! Thank you SOOOO much to all the technicians, nurses, receptionists, and Dr. Chacko for taking such good care of us.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Chacko or Evergreen Primary Care in Sammamish. When I went in with a minor issue, Dr. Chacko ordered three expensive tests to uncover what was going on, but then she let me figure out the results on my own once the radiology results were posted in the portal. After several frustrating days of calling Evergreen Primary care in Sammamish and receiving no response to help me understand the results of the ultrasound, I finally made a follow up visit online and came equipped with a list of questions about the findings that I got the pleasure of deciphering myself. Dr. Chacko acted arrogant and condescending when I asked questions about the ultrasound results. She haughtily asked me why I made the appointment and told me I should be speaking to a specialist. I told her I'm simply trying to understand the results of the tests SHE ordered. She was belittling and completely unprofessional when answering my questions. I finally just left the visit. I'd had enough and I will give Evergreen more details about my experience. I'm starting to understand why Dr. Chacko had so many slots open. Don't go to this doctor is you like to ask questions about your own health. It clearly bugs her.

I think Dr Chacko is great and I've always had a good experience with her office and the other staff there.

I've had some bad experiences with doctors. Medical malpractice bad. Dr. Chacko is not one of them. She is practical and, while she recommends tests, patients with financial difficulties can opt out (as I usually do). I'm skeptical of the one star review here; sometimes you pay the price for being cheap and not going in for additional testing. Sometimes a test is viewed and the results indicate one treatment, but you have another disease with similar indicators. No doctor is omniscient. Finally, even doctors can make mistakes on a bad day, they are human. No baseball batter or pitcher has played a perfect game every day of their career. Even if she did make the mistake in this one star review, I think you'd be remiss not to see Dr. Chako. Try her and find out.

Dr Chacko is a fantastic MD!! She has been my primary for years. She takes her time in appointments and is very thorough, kind and compassionate. It is obvious that she went to med school because she really loves to help people. I have never felt rushed during an appt with her!!

This location is engaged in medical billing malpractice. My wife saw Dr Leena Chacko for an annual exam. The doctor asked her if she had any discomfort. My wife took this question in context of annual wellness check and let her know about her neck pain. The doctor prescribed her ibuprofen (rocket science) and asked her to see a physical therapist. They proceeded to bill separately for this as an office visit (charges of $449 !!!). The insurance contract brought it down to $52.21. We have been to swedish clinics before, where they inform us explicitly about requiring a separate appointment. What the doctor did was ask misleading questions for billing. The last thing you want to worry about while talking to a doctor during an annual exam is will there be a separate bill for my answer to any question from the doctor? Are we supposed to ask the doctor before any answer, if there would be a separate charge based on how I answer the question. Can I trust the doctor and their services? I have tried to reason it out with them, but they are very unreasonable hiding behind some legal clause... Very disappointing and unreasonable. Below average service quality.

A few years ago I went in for what I thought might be a UTI. Without doing a urine test, Dr Chacko prescribed antibiotics that made my true condition (candida) much, much worse & extremely painful. Imagine the pain in the middle of the night, me driving around looking for a store that might be open that sold yeast infection medication. Yes, I googled my own diagnosis. With google, who needs Dr, Chacko?
