One receptionist (a Woman) is mean, rude and unhelpful; the other receptionist (a Man) was extremely kind and took the time to answer all my questions perfectly. It really is about first impressions folks!

Update: The first successful visit turned out satisfying, and I appreciate Jessee's friendly and helpful service. Raised from 1-star to 3-star. Original review: No one could imagine that the entrance is located in a garage. No helpful signage can be seen, and I only found the entrance after being led by another person who was having the same issue and called the clinic for the instructions. So apparently I'm not the only one that has this problem. After spending 10 minutes to find the entrance, when I arrived, the person at the front desk said they only had a 5-minute grace period (which is not found anywhere on the website) and I was too late and missed the appointment. What a wonderful experience it was wasting one hour on the way!

Dr Wang and the staff at the Overlake Primary Care team were absolutely wonderful. The staff went out of their way to book my entire family in. Dr Wang was just amazing. I can not rave about them enough!

Great experience every single time! I love Dr Wang!! Always friendly and understanding. Very patient and thoughtful. I probably can keep going! Cheerful people all of them!! Nurse assistants and receptionists! 10/10!!

Did a video visit related to getting COVID - Doctor was nice, friendly, and efficient (and early). Diagnosed the situation and recommended treatment and we were done. Went great!
