I have been a patient at the clinic since Oct 2022. I first went in for a consultation on acne treatment. Dr. Green was kind and patient in explaining all treatment options to me, and let me make my own decision what treatment I was comfortable with. Fast forward 10 months, my face is clear of acne and my skin actually looks good. I have visited two other dermatologists in seattle but nothing they prescribed for my skin worked, so I am very happy and grateful for the results I attained at this clinic. Now, while Dr. Green and my aesthetician, Amanda, have been really great, I have feedback to give to the front desk team. I was booked to come in at 11AM on a Thursday to get my second microneedling session done. I had to take the morning off from work knowing the appointment would take between one and one and a half hour to get my skin numbed and microneedling done. At 10:50AM, while I was driving to my appointment, I received a call from the clinic that they only scheduled me for an hour and "for some reason" did not account for the time it would take to get my skin numbed. They asked if I already had my skin numbed at home because they had another patient at 12:00PM, and if I did not have my skin numbed, I need to return at 1:00PM to get the procedure done. I obviously couldn't return at 1 since I already took the morning off work and had meetings in the afternoon to attend. I had no numbing cream, received no numbing instructions prior to the appointment, so I was puzzled what led the front desk to make that assumption. Then I made a U-turn and drove back home, wasting an hour driving. I am fully understanding sometimes hiccups happen and no operation can be perfect. However, I could have gotten this call at 10AM that morning, not 10 minutes before the appointment. Now as I recount this story, I don't understand why they were fine with rescheduling my appointment but not the 12:00pm appointment which happened later and the patient probably did not leave their house yet. I just hope they are more respectful of my time.

I have had a wonderful experience as Dr. Greene's patient. He and his team are thoughtful and attentive, and work with each patient to develop a treatment plan they are comfortable with. I am very pale and prone to sun damage as well as acne, and Dr. Greene has been instrumental in improving the quality of my skin to the best it's been in years through a combination of oral medication and topical treatment. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a dermatologist for clinical or cosmetological reasons.

The reception lady is very rude. Called on 06/28, and was told that she is alone and needs to check someone out. She hang up immediately without answering any questions while I was speaking. She mentioned her name is Ashley. She sounded like a very rude person who should not work at the front desk.

I’ve visited Dr. Greene’s office several times and finally did a procedure a few days ago. Mel assisted Dr. Greene, and both of them were incredible. As a yoga instructor, I really have to take my hat off to them for the service they performed for me. It was a bit invasive, so I was very nervous about pain. But Dr. Greene and Melissa are masters of the subtleties of language! Every single word they spoke to me through the appointment was powerfully positive and calming. I can’t give a higher recommendation because of their gentleness, respect and emotional support. The work is great too! But I believe in the power of the energy that transpires during the procedure itself, and Dr. Greene and Mel were 100% focused on helping me obtain optimal results, not only externally but internally as well. It was a blessing to feel so much deep assurance during that procedure. I felt so much trust throughout a stretch of time during which, in reality, I was actually quite vulnerable in their care. Thank you both!!! Update, May 18 2023: third session today, and for some reason it was the most physically demanding one so far. Dr. Greene and his assistant Mel took such wonderful care of me, and I’m so grateful to be engaged in this process under their care!

Dr. Greene is one of the most kind doctors that my daughter and I have ever met. She sees many providers for her needs; it is not a statement that i make lightly! Her skin issues have been resolved under his considerate care and mine have as well. The supporting staff are also equally kind and warm.
