Off street parking was available, a big plus for my big truck. Check-in was effective and efficient. Dr Shaffer took time to listen and learn. All were greatly appreciated.

Dr Shaffer listened well to what I was experiencing and gave me a detailed explanation with my MRI on the screen. He was able to do a bilateral cortisone shot rather than surgery. I feel like I’m back to normal, after being in severe pain for 3 months!

Dr.Shaffer has excellent patient care and does a very thorough physical assessment according to reason being seen. Very down to earth.

Not a caring physician, does not show x-rays or tell you the full facts of your condition, I am metal sensitive and tried to tell him he would not listen in the interim I had to have seven surgeries that did not fix my leg or knee.
