The MA for this appointment was ..., The MA for this appointment was excellent and my favorite I've ever seen at this location. Dr. Dym was as fantastic as always. I'm in my 50s and he has helped me get on top of my health care in a way I've never been able to do in my entire life. For the past year, I've been struggling with a decision about handling a condition, and he has been very patient with me as I've slowly considered the options. All of my conversations with him about this issue have been tremendously helpful. He is a great communicator, a great listener, open-minded, inquisitive, and clearly invested in doing good work. He is really good at assessing my healthcare literacy and speaks to me right at my level - never oversimplifying things or going over my head. Having Dr. Dym as a trusted partner and expert in my healthcare has had such a significant and meaningful impact on me. I'm sure that it will result in my having a longer and healthier life.
