Horrible experience. I’m 9 months pregnant and got to my appointment 8 mins late because there was a backlog in the parking garage. The nurse said the doctor can still see me since it was a quick follow up appointment. I waited for 1 hr 45 mins in the exam room before the nurse comes and tells me it’ll be another 30 mins before the doctor can see me. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Why not reschedule me if your cut off is 5 mins? Why check in someone and make them wait this long only to not see them? The front desk staff was rude when i asked that i don’t want to be billed for this visit since she didn’t see me and the girl told me just to call billing, she can’t help. I asked to see the clinic administrator- no response or contact info provided. Also- nowhere in their disclosures does it say that their grace period is only 5 mins. Additionally, the nurse gave me a card to validate my parking since i wasn’t seen. There was no one downstairs so not only did I not get seen, had to pay for parking as well. Will not return.

Should have looked at the other reviews. I visited Dr. Tran for not even 10 minutes but I got a bill for 45-50 minute long visit! I needed a general common acne prescription and got the same advice as I had seen on the internet. Tried to submit a bill adjustment and never got any responses back so I gave up. Will be finding a new dermatologist in Seattle

Was billed for a 45-60 min visit (which was very expensive, even with good insurance coverage) for a visit that took less than 15 minutes. They would not adjust/change even after I explained the situation. Would not recommend this doctor or office and if you go, be prepared to pay a lot for short, rushed visits.

I visited Dr. Tran just for 10 minutes but I got a bill for 45-50 minutes long of a visit!!!! They never corrected this mistake!

Do not make an appointment with this doctor. She's not professional at all . Im still waiting for my prescription. She didn't send my prescription to my pharmacy because she WANTS me to get it from a website so she gets commission. This dermatologist doctor and her assistant RYAN are careless . I have been calling and messages them to get my prescription and they just fooling at me . I already put a complain about her.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I find Ann very caring. She listens to your needs to provide the correct medication that's needed.
