Profound difficulty acknowledging the possibility of fault and an extreme eagerness to prove expert on any range of topics, to the point everything feels like an argument or one-upmandhip. Dr. Sontrop was my children’s physician for a couple of years after we moved to this neighborhood. Why I stayed with her so long, and what issue she had I’ve no idea. From day #1 she would turn her back on me the minute she entered the room and not talk to me. We never really had an interaction so I’m at a loss to understand why she would act so unprofessionally. My children were too young to fully explain what was going on for them nor could they fully understand or answer her questions, so much of the time the visits were for naught. She sure didn’t mind taking my money though. I finally got smart and changed to a Dr. who would acknowledge that I existed & have normal conversations with our family.
