very poor in communication with customers, they use the mediation system where the providers are covertly observing/listening while you talk over the phone with the mediator.
ABHC did an amazing job of facilitating a high quality treatment center. They were professional and caring about the service they were providing, and adhered to the upmost privacy and standards. The front desk girls were really awesome, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Specifically, I worked with Susan, who was understanding and provided great feedback and recommendations.
Had a good session with Jason got some good information and was professional. Would recommend this place to friends and family
I have been in therapy for many years, and NEVER have I experienced and pray I never experience again, the kind of session I had there not once but twice, by two different therapist. One diagnosed me within 30 minutes, and then sent me on my way. The other just sat there looking at me dumbfounded. I felt the first one was irresponsible to diagnose anyone with such little information and little time spent, and then say "sorry I am not taking more clients". Then why would I be scheduled to see someone who in the end is not taking new clients, the other I saw said she couldn't do anything until I took some test, again why was I scheduled to see her if she couldn't or wouldn't do anything??? But of course, I did get the $400 bill for the first one. I highly DO NOT recommend this place! Very unprofessional and irresponsible! We are talking mental health here. They should take it and the patients who are reaching out for help seriously!
The frond desk staff is professional, competent, and friendly. They're easy to talk to and kind. My counselor is helpful and I have seen improvement in my outlook and behavior while working with them. It has been very helpful.
I would like to express my gratitude for the courtesy and attention I received at your North Seatle location. The staff and in particular my Dr. Annette. They were kind and respectful, most importantly very professional.
I don't know good the actual providers are at ABHC, but in terms of their professionalism and reliability, this business is very poor. I made an appointment at their Bellevue office for a consultation for TMS treatment. They cancelled my appointment at the last minute, saying the doctor was unavailable. So I re-scheduled for the following week at the Northgate location. This appointment they also cancelled, but neglected to even call me before I took off work and showed up at their office. This put the receptionist at the office in an uncomfortable situation, which I completely understand and empathize. But the person was unnecessarily unprofessional, essentially saying that she is just the messenger and that I should direct all feedback to the TMS doctor. She clearly did not want to answer any of my questions regarding why this happened and whether it is a common pattern with this clinic. The whole experience with ABHC was very troubling, especially given the nature of the services that they provide. I do not believe that they would be a reliable source of medical treatment for me and my family.
I really like coming here- but I cannot say I love it. The staff is great, and are VERY nice, but unfortunately do not communicate well. I've had multiple appointments canceled a few days in advance because the staff went on a last minute vacation. I've had occasions where I need to get something done at a specific time (per there requirement) and they simply reply "we don't have time". Also, they question my sobriety a lot. I wish they were a little more professional/ respectful when it comes to scheduling & sobriety. It is an okay experience all around.
I'll keep going for my psychiatrist appointments however I won't for counseling. I feel like Associated Behavioural health is money grubby in the ways of their cancelation fees. I called to cancel an appointment with in the same hour of receiving a text message saying if I needed to cancel to call in and do so. So I did as I have a scheduled a vet appointment 1 HR after their appointment and I wouldn't have been able to get my pet there on time. Also I really have nothing negative to talk about in counseling so frankly I don't feel like reaching deep down and finding something to complain about. Anyways this text should have been sent YESTERDAY not today if it's with in the 48hour period. The text should say you are now with in the 48 hr period there for if you cancel it will be 50$. This is crap I received the message encouraging me to cancel on Wednesday if needed not Thursday also the appointment is on Saturday @ 1pm.
This establishment is the prime example of how terrible mental healthcare is in this country. During my time at ABHC, it caused me more stress during the lowest point in my life than actual healing and encouragement. The counselors were good, but you can clearly tell they had to use a certain protocol that was not sufficient. The worst part is how unorganized and unprofessional the front desk and clerical department is. Several times during my program, I had to deal with errors in scheduling, billing and lack of communication that was very detrimental to my court case and could've easily had me face consequences if I did not catch these errors or work around my schedule to fix their mistakes. Even after I finished my program and paid all of my dues after dealing with numerous hassles and discrepancies, they made another mistake and did not send the required documentation to my lawyer by the deadline after I had paid hundreds of dollars and was promised it would be sent out and I didn't have to worry. This establishment is supposed to help you heal and help during a stressful time, but all it did was just add more stress and emotional strain.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
