My kids have been patients for 17 & 20 years. We have found Dr. Cheryl Bratt to be very kind, smart, hardworking, committed to healthy care and wellness for our kids throughout their entire childhood. We appreciate her and her team very much. I have also found their office especially helpful at setting up specialists when needed by referrals. The doctors and practices they've recommended have been extremely good. While the office is often hustling and bustling with children and their parents waiting for care, we haven't found the wait to be too bad. Especially when compared with the trips to ER and our grandparents' doctors which takes hours and hours and hours.

Always running late. Every appointment I've had in the past three years has been at least 20 minutes behind the time. Dissapointed. But the doctor I have is nice so it kind of makes up for it but not really.

Doctors are solid, but it is continually frustrating to call and always be placed on hold. In 5 years I have only no been on hold once. Some doctors run later than others. In 2016/2017 winter time 3 times for different I waited 45min, 90 min and -2.5 hours to see the dr. And in all cases only spent 5-15 min with the doctor. I was in process of moving to another clinic when my son got sick again and gave feedback directly to the dr about this and it seemed to have improved. But I will only take early appts with some drs and late appts with different ones depending on who is available. It has improved in late 2017. So I am hoping they have changed some processes to be more efficient. But it remains frustrating that when you call you are immediately placed on hold for minutes.

both of my kids have seen her since "the beginning" and we cannot speak more highly of her. She is kind, fun, warm and smart.
