I am so impressed with the excellent customer service I experienced with each staff member on the day of my appointment (6/6/23). Rivera was so friendly, caring and respectful when I checked in at the front desk. I was running late because of a hugh traffic back up on I-5. I got off the freeway and tried to "street surf" to my appointment which didn't turn out so well. I appologized for not getting there sooner. Rivera reassured me that everything was fine. He ran the front desk with so efficiently while all the time making me feel at easy and welcomed! I received the same treatment from Beverly, the nurse as well as from Stacey, who scheduled me for a colonoscopy. Dr. Taniguchi was just as wonderful in all aspects as the other staff members. You could tell they all liked their jobs! They were all so thoughtful, friendly and compassionate. It was a great experience all and all.
