List of Dewayne Bradley's Reviews
I saw Dr Bradley about a skin cyst on my face. Though he is an ENT he also has plastic surgery training. He was friendly, very efficient and thorough in listing out potential treatments along with the risks of each, however remote they may have been. On my next appointment he removed the lump under LA with barely any pain afterwards. One year on, it has healed well with a scar barely visible. I would recommend him for similar surgical procedures.

Rx antibiotics that he knows dont work for me, I reminded him but he would not change the RX. I took for the 2 weeks and still no relief. Moving on to a new DR. that listens and reads my chart.
I've seen Dr. B many times over the years for a variety of ENT issues. He has an excellent bedside manner and took time to explain what was going on and included "home remedies" as well as medication options. That said, I do feel that the Polyclinic, in general, in nearly all departments, crams in too many appointments in a day, putting a lot of stress on both support staff and physicians.
I had a large mole removed from my face leaving a significant hole on my left cheek Multiple people told me DrBradley was a miracle worker when it comes to facial repairs after surgery. It is two years since he worked on my face and truly his work was miraculous My face is totally normal and you would never know I had such a large gash in my face. Dr Bradley was very busy and I had to wait a couple days to get I. But I was told it was worth it and it definitely was My wife today said to me”His work is a real miracle”
If you want a “MCDonald’s drive through” kind of a doctor, this doctor is for you!! I went to him once, gave another chance and went back to him as second time. He did not pay attention to my complaints, he priscribed the same ointment as he did the first time although I told him the oinment did not work! My problems are still ongoing, not a bit of a relief! Time to find another doctor who will take care of me. Insult to injury, his bill just arrived! I will pay him for doing nothing!
I wonder how much money Dr. Bradley makes for his referrals of patients to get unnecessary tests/scans. I went for what my Primary Dr and an Audiologist had both confirmed sounded like Eustachian tube dysfunction. My appointment lasted no more than 10 min. He said it sounded like something vascular because it bothered me when I exercised(common problem with ETD). He didn't think it was Eustachian tube dysfunction, and suggested CT scans and an MRI of my head and neck... so a couple thousand dollars out of pocket for tests from a doctor that could hardly build rapport and was so far off from what other medical professionals communicated to me. I have since gone to another ENT and they told me "it sounds like he knew what he was going to diagnose before he even met with you." On top of that, when I entered the office, the front desk person handed me my paperwork to fill out, only she handed me someone else's paperwork with their full name, personal info and medical information...
In March 2018 Dr. Bradley sliced the left side of my face from the top of my left ear all the way down to the neck. He then peeled the flesh back and spent several hours hacking a Werthmans tumor that had grown around a nerve out of me .he did this without damaging the nerve although it has taken nearly a year to get all feeling and proper movement of my face back (he told me this would be the case). I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with his work. Today the 6 inch scare is barely noticeable, I can smile and chew and best of all the scary tumor is long gone. I am so happy Dr. Bradley performed this surgery. He and his staff are all amazing people who genuinely care for their patients. Thank you Dr. Bradley and team! Tyler
I was recommended to Dr. Bradley for swelling and lymph node pain under my chin. It took me well over a month to get an appointment with Dr. Bradley and I immediately asked to be put on a cancellation list ( I was a 5 minute walk away if there was any last minute cancellations or if a opening arose). I called 4-5 times trying to get a earlier appointment as my condition was getting worse and I was worried - I was told repeatedly NO there are no other appointments available. May 30th I saw Dr. Bradley for 15 minutes and his recommendation was to get a CT scan of the area which I had the next day (Thursday) and was told I should receive the results within 24-48 hrs. I called Dr. Bradley's office Monday June 4th around 10:00am and asked if they had results and was told they had come back on Friday. I asked to have Dr. Bradley call me ASAP with the results as I was very concerned. The call was returned within a hour by Jennette (nurse) who read me the CT results and had trouble pronouncing the words - when I asked what it meant she told me I would have to "Google" the words as she was not sure what it meant! I asked to speak to someone who DID KNOW - she told me I was OVER-REACTING! I then asked to have Dr. Bradley call me or speak to a supervisor. I never did hear from Dr. Bradley. I had to see another Dr. to find out what the CT test results indicated....
Dr. Bradley was pleasant enough but his staff is rude. The surgery staff he contracts with is rude, and refused to offer guidelines for for pre-surgical protocols, literally they wouldn't tell me what meds to stop taking. Dr. Bradley appears to be well meaning but too busy (maybe) to hire and administer effective staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
