List of Dr. David Drucker's Reviews
Dr Drucker is an excellent surgeon and all the doctors and assistants we met at Retina Consultants of Seattle are very experienced and caring. Don’t go anywhere else!
My optometrist recommended that I see Dr. Drucker about an epiretinal membrane for possible removal. I saw him and he (and his great staff) explained the problem and told me of the various options. He did not push anything on me and recommended that I simply "wait and see" if I needed surgery later. Well, I ended up having it done and he did a great job. No complications. No post-op pain. Very patient in answering all of my questions. His staff (esp Taylor and Laurel) were also great. I really recommend him and his Bellevue office staff
This is the best experience I've had with ANY doctor. Dr. Ongchin and the staff are absolutely incredible, caring and have advocated for me like no one ever has. Tracey is a godsend. I went in for something that I should have seen a neuro ophthalmologist for and they still went above and beyond. I will forever reccomend them. They have made this super difficult time a lot easier for me. Thank you!
He does not listen! Does not want to be bothered by my questions. Will not offer second opinions-- but will criticize me for questioning the invasive and unnecessary surgery suggested by another doctor. I tried to tell him that my primary eye doctor didn't feel the surgery was necessary since the my condition was responding well to medication-- and he criticized the skill of my doctor. Told me that if I wouldn't follow his suggestions, maybe he wouldn't keep me on as a patient. No discussion-- just barking and leaving the room abruptly.
Dr.Drucker may be a good retina specialist, but has terrible bedside manner. Would not answer any questions, rushes through his part of the exam. Schedules 40 patients per day. I spent 1 1/2 hours in the office having to wait for all the different rooms to open for each part of the exam. Bad experience
Followup from previous laser treatment. Very little waiting time. Dr. Drucker is clearly very knowledgable regarding my condition. Told me what to expect going forward. Provided concise, meaningful explanations. Gave me time to ask questions.
The Dr. David Drucker is an excellent professional, with big experience, he is my doctor more 10 years ago.
Dr. Warden and all of the Seattle staff have been phenomenal. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients, take their time during examinations, and answer all questions which really helped with an otherwise stressful experience.
I don't question his abilities at all but he treats you like you are just on a conveyor belt and barely talks to you and if you ask any questions he gets a little bothered. I want a Doctor that I can talk to and be a partner in my care with not just another patient who is just a number in line to see him. His staff is excellent.
Dr, Drucker is all business and very professional and knowledgeable Retina Specialist. In 2013 my retina was separated and I had blurry vision in my right eye. Dr. treated me immediately and with several follow ups my vision went back to normal and has been ever since. Now (2020) I still go back once a year for a checkup. His staff is also very professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
