Fan Liu's Online Review Report Card

Have been seeing Dr. Liu for over 12 years, he has helped my teeth thru many terrible situations. I'm Scottish and had terrible teeth, this man basically saves what probably couldn't be saved. I find him cheerful but has a no holds barred attitude when it comes to your teeth. Office staff have always been more than accommodating, including opening the office in a Sunday when I had an emergency. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate him and his staff.

I went to dr lui just before my dental expired. My dentures were huge. I could not open my mouth enough for a sandwich! I heard him yelling at the person that made the dentures. My family called them my alien resurrection teeth. I tried really hard to deal with them. Dr Lui kept filing at them but to no avail. He kept telling me that they made me look younger. They were huge! When it comes to dentures, I would rate him at a 0.. now I have no dental coverage and no new dentures. I would not recommend him at all.

Dr. Liu didn't listen to my concerns and just tried to push drugs. When I asked her about potential alternatives, she berated me and went on a tirade about how dare I doubt the medication. I had been using these medications for years, with no improvement of my condition. She simply lacks empathy and this is not the right profession for her. After this appointment, she sent me a letter saying that she could no longer serve me, and I was thankfully given another far more caring physician who listened to my concerns, put me on a new treatment regimen (not the original meds that Dr. Liu tried to push), and now I am doing better than ever. Fan, you should have pursued radiology.

Dr. Liu was more concerned about staying on her schedule than my health concerns.

Meeting with Dr. Liu was short and very superficial. She didn't examine me nor did she look at the photos of my skin condition. She was ignorant as per the medications I was taking, wouldn't prescribe nor recommend any ointments and didn't order any tests. Now I need to find another dermatologist who is capable of finding the cause for my skin condition. A total waste of time.

Dr Liu is an excellent physician! Having some medical conditions along with skin cancer, i was quite nervous for my first appointment with Dr Liu. But she put me at ease right away, explained everything to me about my diagnosis, and worked with me to make a treatment plan that i felt comfortable with. She has a very kind, empathetic, and cheerful demeanor which makes her an excellent doctor...i highly recommend her!

I have visited Dr Fan for many years. I consider him one of the best dentist in this area. He saved and restord few of my teeth. |He is caring and patient, skillful. He took his time on his job, and always secure time for immergency visits. I live in PRKSVILE and do not mind drive there to have him take care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Fanliu.

As another said. The decor and equipment are dated but the service was phenomenal.

The helpful receptionist squeezed me in for an emergency appointment on a Friday afternoon when every other dentist in town seemed to be on vacation. I was a bit surprised by the dated decor and loud banter but Dr. Liu was efficient and caring in person. He explained the needed procedure and added extra details at the front counter (which I have never seen in a dentist). Not the fanciest office, but I'd rather have great service than tv's on the ceiling.
