I saw Dr. Farid for impacted earwax. I was apologetic for such a minor thing but she said she enjoyed that cleaning, making me feel comfortable. She was very pleasant, asking a number of times whether I was feeling any pain. It was as good an experience as I could have asked for.

Doctor Fariha Farid is a excellent professional! She performed last summer (2021) a Radiofrequency turbinate reduction in both sides of my nose with mastery and perfection! I had zero issues after and my life changed so much. I can breathe better, sleep better, and have no more allergies crises or sinus infections. I’m really grateful to had her doing this procedure on me!

She was fine but, when I had to call in to ask for guidance at 8:30 pm, the response was so unprofessional, uncaring and rude I would never recommend her to anyone. I’m trying to decide if going to the ER before my eardrum bursts is going to be any benefit.

Dr. Fariha listened to my complex ENT history and came up with a plan that I was comfortable with for managing an acute middle ear infection. When I came in for a follow up visit and wanted to change the plan due to a change in circumstances she was completely understanding! Could not recommend more highly, especially after having seen 5+ ENTs in Seattle & Bay Area.
