Everyone was very friendly and personable.

I was hoping for a more tailored experience, especially after waiting 3+ weeks for an appointment. Alas, I felt very rushed the entire time and as if I wasn't really listened to. The explicit details I provided the nurse and doctor should have been enough for him to at least be more gentle while confirming my diagnosis.. Instead my situation is now worse due to how rough the experience was, especially near the area I confirmed I was experiencing the most pain. On top of all this, I wouldn't have received the immediate prescription I needed had I not followed up with their team to confirm it was sent to the compound pharmacy (the request was sent to the wrong number initially).

Genuine and thoughtful attention to detail. Thorough follow up in asking and answering all of my questions. I’m an evangelist for Dr.Bernstein and will steer all my colleagues of similar age and condition to him and his exceptional squad of professionals. Today was a good day!!

Having a colonoscopy is not like planning a trip to Tahiti. However, when you need this very important health "check" you want a doctor with extensive experience, a staff that is welcoming, kind and understanding. Dr. Bernstein and his support team are all of that and more. I am recommending him to everyone in need of this life saving procedure. Very thankful for such extraordinary care

Absolutly astounding care and attention to detail, courteous care by all staff members. Dr. Berstein super doctor I had an elevated BP to start; turns out I have white jacket syndrome they actually took a closer look and in my case decided they could safely move forward, but I felt secure in knowing had their been serious issues before my procedure they would have informed me even if it ment canceling my colonoscopy untill those issues could be resolved. . Nestled right in the heart of Seattle's Freemont district and the beautiful canal, therir location is nice with great parking and super easy access all of which made this a truly very nice experience. Everything went smoothly from scheduling, explanation of the process and procedures, checking in, preparation, procedure, and recovery. The nurse anesthetist did a great job explaining why and how the particular drugs were being used to keep me "under". Dr. Bernstein explained everything very clearly about what was about to happen. He then told me after the procedure what he found and done, which was very reassuring and helpful. The entire team involved with the procedure was very competent and efficient, contributing to a relatively calming atmosphere during an anxiety-producing event.
