I have anxiety attacks when dealing with medical issues. Went in for what I thought was just an office visit. She found three spots that concerned her and recommended they all be biopsied. She talked me through the appointment, without me having taken anxiety meds. When all three turned out to be early stage cancerous, and I was leaving on a long trip in less than a month She got me in the next week to remove two of the spots and had a specialist get me in that same week for the third. Great patient care, incredible bedside manner and just a nice person to interact with.

Didn't give me a straight answer on a mole I had questions about.

Dr. Panko is the best. Just go and find out for yourself.

She helped both my daughter and I. She and her assistants did a great job on a minor surgery for my daughter, explaining everything they were doing in a friendly (and intentionally distracting) manner. They put her at ease, and the surgery was a success.

I cannot recommend Dr. Panko enough. If you want a dermatologist that cares about you, spends time truly listening to your concerns and has genuine empathy about your skin disorder, look no further. I have been suffering with Psoriasis for 25 years. Dr. Panko is the first doctor I've encountered that actually understands how devastating this can be not only physically, but mentally as well. Bravo to Dr. Panko for being solutions oriented and for the best bedside manor I've ever encountered from a doctor.

Dr Panko is friendly, professional, and has being instrumental in supporting myself as well as my teenage children and my aging parents with a variety of dermatology needs. I highly recommend her. She makes you feel at ease, answers questions thoroughly, and provides excellent recommendations and treatment options.

I could not be more delighted to have Dr. Panko as my Dermatologist. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very willing to answer all of my questions.

Waste of time. Didn’t feel concerns weee taken seriously & spoken to in a condescending manner. Seen for pretty basic skin concerns, Dr. Panko, kept trying to punt me back to the (two separate) physicians who referred me to a dermatologist...for simple testing that could’ve easily been done on site... & then she told me to come back & see her after that....! I raised a second concern & was given two more providers to see, who weren’t dermatologists, effectively turning one appointment into FOUR appointments. After working to steer the conversation from condescending Rhetorical to a solution oriented action, I talked her into Rx’ing some possibly helpful topical creams & she offered to, “be a resource”...At least it was only a 10 min. Apt. If you’re looking for a proactive, can-do practitioner in a One- stop shop this is not it.

Very kind, very professional, very skilled, and didn't waist my time. Never waited long. My wife and I sure do miss her! K & A McDougal
