He called my phone in the evening was immediately rude told me he wasn't going to listen to me after I just fell on my amputated leg said it was not his problem so I hung up on him I will not be going back there because of him !!!

James Linhoffwent out of his way to leave me two voice messages, then contact me in person the next day, with results of my MRI. He talked to me through the results, listen to my concerns, and ensured that I finally received the pain medication I should have received earlier from another provider. He did this just in time for me to get pain relief over the weekend, as well as clarity on my condition.
