Dr. Chen is super friendly and kind. He explained the procedure thoroughly and the whole experience was great! The process was easy and convenient and he was very clear and transparent about the wisdom teeth removal process. The clinic is clean, tidy and organized with a large waiting room, staff is super friendly!! Dr.Chen is amazing!!

I’m currently 15 years old, which is typically not the age where one wouldn’t need to remove their wisdom teeth since they would have not grown yet, however that was not my case. I went in thinking that everything would be fine, since Dr Jason Chen had previously performed the wisdom teeth removal surgery on my brother a month ago at the time. He reassured my mother and I, that everything would go perfectly fine. During the surgery, I’d be given some sort of medication, and after a couple minutes I’d go to sleep, and when I woke up, the surgery would already be done. The staff and overall work environment is lovely, the receptionists are quite friendly when you first walk in, and their waiting room is fairly wide with plenty of magazines and television to occupy oneself while they’re waiting. After the surgery, they provide a pamphlet of their instructions on how to address certain situations after the surgery which was extremely useful and they provide extra gausses and a syringe which you’ll need to use later on. They’ll provide some prescribed medication for the patient when the drugs start to wear off. Finally, I had an awful impression of dentists/specialists in the dental departments based on past experiences, but Dr. Jason Chen is an exception because he’s humble, kind, and he genuinely wants what’s best for your teeth and health. I also appreciate the fact that he called to check up on me on the day of the surgery to see if I’m feeling alright or not. Thank you very much Dr. Jason Chen, you’re the best! -Pamela. Nguyen

He's so nice and kind. Clinic is clean and staff are nice too. No problem in my wisdom tooth extraction. He really care for his patient. Would recommend for anyone need extraction for wisdom tooth.

I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Jason Chen through two separate consultation and surgery. He carefully lay out the situations of my teeth and was extremely transparent about it. Although I was anxious about my extraction, there was something about Dr. Chen that gave me the comfort and allowed me to trust him. I had no complications post-surgery for both time, and I even healed faster than he had imagine. Had really good experience overall. Would recommend anyone to have their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Chen.

Had lost my faith in doctors but Jason brought it back. He really cares and does his best. You might have to push him for some answers but the guy genuinely will do research and think of all sorts of different ways to improve your health. On top of this, he's polite and soft spoken. He's humble which is a rare trait in doctors. I was plagued with chronic pelvic pain for more than 2 years and finally got answers after I started seeing him. He contacted specialists and even helped me secure an MRI. I'm honestly really thankful. The clinic is overcrowded so wait times and booking times are abhorrent.

Dr. Chen practically saved my life!! I recently attended a scheduled consult with him to discuss about a wisdom tooth removal. Two days prior to the consult I developed a sudden onset of pain and swelling in my neck; I was unable to speak or swallow. Walk-in clinic doctor treated me with antibiotics for possible tonsillitis. Dr. Chen examined me and suspected there was some infection pertaining to a bad molar next to the wisdom tooth. He gave me detailed explanations of my situation and fit me right in to extract both of the bad molar and the wisdom tooth. The extraction was painless. For my infection which looked pretty bad, he advised for me to go to SMH Emergency right away as I do not have a family doctor. He wrote a detailed letter for me to present to SMH Emergency with requests for tests and treatment. I was admitted in the hospital that same night and doctors at Emergency told me if I had delayed it for another day it could have led to a very serious outcome. I was in the hospital for five days and got treated, thanks to the professional judgment of Dr. Chen and his initiative to take extra steps to ensure patient's safety and well being. He even followed up with me daily during my stay in the hospital . Dr. Chen is a doctor with a BIG heart.
