Bad experience with this doctor. The appointment was all about he shaming me for seeing too many doctors. Yes I've seen many doctors in my three and a half years of straggling with glaucoma, but he has no idea what I have been going through and it's not his to judge. I also didn't know that it was the doctor's job, to shame people for seeing too many doctors. I though that was more up to the insurance. And It's not like he saw me for free. I'll pay for the appointment and the shaming. If the doctor despise people that have seen more that three doctors, he shouldn't accept that kind of patient. Loosing my sight is bad enough, I don't need no doctors shaming me for trying to keep it as long as I can. I'm also wandering what's up with patient privacy and confidentiality laws. Should any doctor be able to see everyone that you've seen and shame you for it and refuse care because of it? I need to look at that.

At 59 I didn't expect to need cataract surgery. Dr. Kennedy and his staff made me feel supported and cared for. Alex at the front desk is the best 1st impression of this office. Even if you're waiting to check in, you hear how he listens and is kind to everyone! I am so glad I had this surgery. It was so easy and quick and my vision is ridiculously clear! Amazing. Dr. Kennedy tells you everything that's going on and you are completely at ease. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kennedy was very thorough in both his exam and explanations. He always takes the time to answer my questions. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. J Kennedy is most excellent! 5 stars plus. Dr. JK's knowledge, patience, bedside manner in explaining everything, surgical technique for cataracts is totally awesome, I doubt could find any better. I frankly don't believe the person who left a negative review. Dr. Kennedy, and his staff, with various skills, coordination with 1st Hill Surgery Ctr is most excellent! Following me, my husband had awesome results with 2-eye cataract surgery. I continue to recommend Dr. JK to dear friends. thank you for the chance to leave this review. Dr. Kennedy worked me into his schedule at a very busy time of year very quickly. His expertise, manner & knowledge were substantial making my 12/2019 cataract surgeries seemless, successful & easy. My surgery experiences were comfortabe, quick & resulted in great outcomes. I no longer need glasses or contacts. As a team we chose monovision (left eye for distance, right eye for reading) to my delight & freedom. My eye pressure is lower than ever in my life. Dr Kennedy was patient, wise, & attentive during my post op follow ups always checking healing, inflammation, & eye pressure & vision. I especially liked that he reported his findings as he examined my eyes so I felt updated on the spot. He treated a minor skin inflammation with topical antibiotics with a perscription for oral antibiotics to use if needed. I can recommend Dr. Kennedy & his team with enthusiasm.

Horrible. Sent me on my way to drive up the I-5 with a scratched cornea caused by his unnecessary roughness. I wouldn't go back to him if you paid me!

Dr. Kennedy was terrific! He answered all my questions and concerns regarding Glaucoma. I am new to the Seattle area and happy to have a wonderful doctor. His staff was very knowledgeable and efficient.
