Dr. Borland is kind to patients, has high medical ethics, excellent skills, and responds promptly.
Their flu & Covid walk in service was very quick and professional
Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable and kind had wonderful ideas of how to help me
All my needs were addressed efficiently and effectively with all staff I interacted with today.
Well resourced health facility. Professional staff. Minimal waiting times.
I got there ONE minute after cutoff, despite calling in advance, because I was 11 mins late they wouldn't see me... How many of us have had to wait longer than that to see a Dr? 90%!! This work injury made my arm useless...but they don't even care to see what the appt is for.. Just that you're late... During rush hour traffic. This is a good use of money toward insurance right? Can't be seen now til November 18th (20 days later) and don't know whether I should continue my highly physical job or not because I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY ARM. Great patient care... NOT.
Sherry from Optical is horrible. Very rude and cuts you off a lot when trying to explain your situation. Doesn’t check the facts before insinuating that you’re lying.
Do not take your child to the pediatric department here. Our scheduled appointment was at 3pm and didn’t enter till 3:20, then Dr. HOANG NGUYEN was in a rush the entire time. I asked concerns regarding the vaccine and she qave me a quick description and failed to provide facts of the concerns. She just said “We give these vaccine separately and give it to all our patients”… how does that resolve our concern as parents? Then the worst part was during the vaccine injection an African American (don’t remember her name) calls my son a girl and when I said “he’s a he”, she gave me a the sassiest look after making us wait 5 whole minutes till her computer unfroze and after she injected the vaccine on my son’s leg, she didn’t apply a bandaid while blood was trickling down!!! Showed 0 sympathy to my 9 month old crying. Just a horrible person. Never again will I step into this office. PLEASE AS A PARENT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! I don’t know how they are in the healthcare field if they can’t treat children properly.
Dr. Lang is a kind, caring and competent physician and Yolanda was first-rate assistant
Dr. Shana Kim listens well, is empathetic, and has excellent medical knowledge. The rest of the staff I interacted with today at Kaiser Northgate including MA, Lab, and Pharmacy could not have been more pleasant. I had a medical visit, lab for blood draw, and received a new medication at the Pharmacy all within 40 minutes. I love Kaiser! Anyone in Medicare should choose Kaiser’s Medicare Advantage program. I have had it for 5 years and could not be more satisfied.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
