Dr. Sutko and her team are outstanding. They are a definition of "team care" and I appreciate the holistic approach. I also want to acknowledge the amazing medical assistants and physical therapists at this clinic and appreciate the on time appointments, phone visit services, and responsiveness. I would highly recommend this clinic. 10 stars.

This location is incredibly convenient and not as busy at the downtown location I normally visit. The checkin process was quick and easy. There was virtually no wait and everyone I interacted with there was extremely friendly and they offered to handle other services that had been scheduled but canceled earlier in the year due to covid even though it wasnt what I made the appointment for this time.

Im surprised Im only the 2nd one to leave a review...hopefully my review will be a little more representative than the 1 star below.Atmosphere My first reaction to this place is how clean and bright it is. The place is very brightly lit up and modernly decorated. It has a virtual check in system and a human check in. If you are a returning patient the virtual check in really fast. I didnt have any issues with this. Once you check in your name goes up on a TV screen and it shows you the wait time as well. I arrived early for my appointment so after my check in I was basically taken in right when my appointment time hit they werent very busy it was middle of the day on a Thursday. Experience with Doctor I was brought in by Christina and she took my usual vitals and such. She was super nice and friendly and answered all my questions. She put me at ease. Then I got to see Dr. Allison K who answered all my questions and gave me recommendations and referral. I felt attended to and cared for. I also got a Flu shot by another tech.Overall my visit was simply very pleasant and enjoyable. All is great with this place

Kaiser has wonderful providers support staff in the clinics and if you can ever get in, it is great. But the administrative process is so convoluted that the people working there do understand it well and they do not train people in the member service center well in customer service or their actual procedures. Also, when the person you have does not know, they do not try to find out they just keep repeating what they said that is wrong. It reminded of TSA, except she did not get to see me naked in that round thing.
