Kelley-Ross Pharmacy At The Polyclinic's Online Review Report Card

When Doctors and/or Insurance causes issues with the medications I pick up here, the employees are great at quickly picking up the issue, helping me out in any way they can, and explaining clearly what I need to communicate to my providers to fix the issue. They're great. The pharmacists always take time to detail any potential risks about medications and what I can expect from them... They also stock Charleston Chews which are my favorite!

Kelley-Ross at the Madison Polytechnic is the best pharmacy I've ever experienced! They recognize me and my wife when we visit and always have some advice on new prescriptions. And they know, and tell me if have not used a prescription for a long time. The front of shop people are friendly and personable. Special call out to Janine she even knows what covered or not with my insurance. This Pharmacy is worth finding and using.

Kelley Ross has been taking care of me and my prescriptions for over 15 years. They have been unfailingly professional, competent, and compassionate in their service. I have the upmost respect and confidence in the staff and managers of Kelley Ross Pharmacy. I have always felt taken care of, and if I ever had any questions or concerns, the staff were amazing... listening carefully and always offering reassurance and information, During the pandemic, they faithfully mailed my prescriptions to my home. I had one medication that I needed to pick up each month in person, and they always had this ready for me. Their text messages to update me are awesome. After using Kelley-Ross Pharmacy for many years, someone on staff made a mistake. I had made a request which was forgotten. After a follow up phone call, Mary helped me by picking up the ball. She followed through by sending me the exact thing I originally requested. I am grateful for the good staff members at Kelley-Ross who help to see me through and have my needs met, leading to eventual completion.

One of the most important business relationships I have is that with my pharmacy. I must have a competent, proactive and caring pharmacist along with a super team to back her up. I have found this in the Kelley Ross pharmacy and affiliated compounding pharmacy, just blocks away. I had an insurance billing issue which they addressed right away. They are always flexible and have a never give up attitude. I cannot give enough praise to Kelley-Ross. I was having a difficult time getting my emergency medication filled until I came to KR. The pharmacist Stephanie helped by giving me the proper forms and explained the details so I knew what to expect. A huge relief when I was already feeling stressed. Elyse, another pharmacist went above and beyond calling to make sure everything would be processed accordingly. Everyone was awesome and of course Pat was as sweet as always! It's so nice to feel like you're not just a number, but a patient they really care about!

Can't say enough positive things about this place! Got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment, called, and was told it would be no problem. Showed up 20 minutes late, and was greeted by friendly, professional staff. They got me right into my appointment, helped me with the insurance information, handled the appointment awesomely which was much appreciated given the sensitive nature of my visit. Everything from beginning to end was handled with the utmost professionalism, and with a caring attitude. The entire time I was there I was treated incredibly well, and offered assistance with all aspects of the appointment. Like I said... I can't speak highly enough of the people at Kelley-Ross!

The compounding side of Kelley Ross is awesome. Great service! A little more pricey than my old pharmacy. The Rx side is horrible. Rude workers and lousy customer service. Will never try to fill an Rx there again!
