We have been patients of Dr. Hattfield for several years and he is the best doctor one can ever get. An excellent professional, very intelligent, deeply compassionate, doing more than he has to in order to get the patients well taken care of even if the patients have difficult and complicated situations and medical conditions. This is a rare doctor that one can trust to be both safe with and best taken care of as far as receiving correct and excellent medical care. Since we had to leave the Polyclinic because of unpaid debts, we never found a doctor that we can trust and feel "better" (having received correct and helpful medical care) during and after the appointments. Dr. Hatfield is an excellent medical professional. We loved Marlene too - a gentle and very competent nurse/ Assitant.Thank you, Dr. Hatfield! We are deeply grateful for your valuable care! I've been seeing Kevin Hatfield for years! He has always been very patient with me and understanding, as he has worked with me several times to find the right medication to alleviate my struggles all while working hand and hand with my therapist. I can't say enough how cared for I have felt every visit with him, for both mental and physical health! Couldn't ask for a better PCP

I have always had excellent experiences with specialists from the Polyclinic. Dr. Hatfield himself seemed fine but I did feel like my son (his patient) was just yet another source of income for him. But his education and abilities as a physician were fine. Why we finally gave up with him was the extreme ineptness of his support staff. They lost important information for my son's chart, couldn't bill insurance correctly almost every appointment, couldn't get correct blood test results. We made complaints and over the course of three years nothing was done to correct this - just excuses that his support staff are "very busy". Everyone at Polyclinic is very busy and no other doctor's support staff has made any of these serious mistakes. We will continue to see our specialists at Polyclinic but will steer clear of this doctor.

Dr Hatfield has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and listens to how I'm feeling and for what I need. He is open and honest. He replies to my emails in a timely manner. He is caring and supportive. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I could not have more good things to say about him!

Bedside manner is not there if you are female, and he's not all that interested in providing care for women. I felt like a painful interruption, and quickly moved on.

This guy thinks the earth revolves around him. Period. He is very arrogant and assumes every kid he sees is transgender, in fact he stated that is the only new clients he takes, transgendered kids. Guy is a quack. Steer clear with your child, unless you feel everyone is transgendered like he said to my child, my husband and I. Terrible manner and by his attitude and actions apparently he thinks he is smarter than anyone else in the room as well. Run, don't walk away from this mansplaining, misogynistic creep. His practice is basically only for transgendered youth not what it says here, this is according to his own words

I've not had a doctor quite a good as Dr Hatfield. He listens as well as he explains. The Polyclinic, in general, makes medical care fuss-free and efficient. And Dr. Hatfield reinforces that experience.

Doctor Hatfield is still my doc and he's still great. Marlene is amazing too. I've never trusted and respected a healthcare provider more in my life.

Dr. H has an understanding and amazing bedside manner. I would recommend him to any transgender patients looking to take medical action. I'm about a 1 1/2 drive from Seattle and everytime I go to an appointment its worth the drive. The secretaries have consistently been kind to me and always spark pleasant small talk!
