List of Kimberly Maris's Reviews
I saw Kim once and will not be seeing her again. She asked me questions that made me feel very uncomfortable and repeated them so many times, it seemed as if she was not listening to me. She also made some comments with implications that made me feel uneasy. It was like she was using a one-size-fits all approach to care and did not take the time to get to know me as an individual.
Possibly one of the worst physicians I have come across. Insensitive, rude, dare I say uninterested in her work? This field requires some genuine care and concern and she has neither.
I have been seeing Kim for a little over a year and she is WONDERFUL! I am actually surprised at these reviews. She definitely doesn't sugar coat things or tell you are doing things right when you aren't. She is very realistic. She also always takes her time with me. Never makes me feel rushed and asks me about all of my concerns even to make sure everything is going ok outside of what I am being seen for. Would 100% reccomend. I have gone to her for everything from mental health concerns to fertility.
I had a very good experience with Dr Maris. I panic very easily when it comes to my health and was asking a lot of questions, and I felt that she listened and addressed my concerns. What I most appreciate is that I just had my test today and she has already reached out (via both a phone call and MyChart message) explaining everything in full detail while reassuring me nothing was serious. I’m honestly ...
She’s extremely rude, bad bedside manner. Would not recommend.
I definitely would not recommend Kimberly Maris, PA. I saw her a couple days after my hysterectomy. She was extremely late for my appointment, without apology. She spoke over me and did not address my concerns. I kept having to say “I don’t think you’re listening to me. Please let me say that again.” At which point she got very annoyed and short tempered with me. I had brought back the pain medication (the full rx minus the one I had taken) and said I didn’t like the way it felt and would prefer to take something else. She accused me of trying to get additional meds and told me she needed to check the national database even though I was returning a narcotic and requesting something non-narcotic she accused me of abusing pain medication even though I had only taken one pill in four days. And have never been prescribed narcotics previously. She was dismissive of my dizziness, and nausea. Wasted trip and copay.
I've been dealing with severe gynecologic issues and she did not help me at all. I think her main focus is providing birth control.
I"ve found her to be distracted, brisk, and in general rather unpleasant. She implanted the Wrong IUD after having a conversation three times about which of the IDU options I would like, and did not apologize for the mistake. Her answers are blunt to the point of being dismissive. I don't get information about what to expect ahead of time.
I would not recommend Kimberly Maris, PA. At my appointment, she was completely unprepared, had not reviewed my chart, asked questions which I found insensitive, and overall did not meet my expectations as a care provider. I left the office with little confidence in her medical care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
