For many years, I have been under the care of Dr. Kimberly Vanderzee, MD and I am extremely satisfied with her services. She has consistently shown a willingness to lend an ear and offer effective solutions to my health problems. Despite her relocation to Northgate, which is quite far from my location, I am still willing to make the journey up north to see her. I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Vanderzee, MD to anyone in search of a young, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician.

Dr. Vanderzee has been my primary for almost seven years, and has seen my toddler since he was born. She’s a wonderful doc: empathetic, fully present, and a great listener. I can imagine that seeing patients all day would be exhausting but she always shows up with energy and genuine interest in our wellbeing. I appreciate her collaborative approach to our family’s health- it always feels like a two-sided conversation where decisions are made together.

Charged me 300 dollars for a service I never received/ she doesn’t offer. Called to dispute it , they can’t explain to me why I was charged for a service she doesn’t even offer and that somehow they didn’t even have a record for it so I gave my number for them to call back, which they never did. Meanwhile bill collectors are calling me this is just super unprofessional and scammy behavior

I love Dr. Vanderzee! She has been my primary for 7 years now. She is always friendly, listens to what I’m going through and makes multiple suggestions and allows me to make the choice that’s right for me. She is always prompt to respond and has been extremely helpful with my chronic issues. I definitely recommend her!

I did not have a good experience with this provider. She prescribed a medication for my migraines which could have had really bad contraindications with another condition I have. She seemed disinterested and judgmental. The appointment felt rushed. Did not go back.

Prescription pad without doing labs or other tests. doesn’t take the time to understand her patients health, acts disinterested. Not a great primary care option.

Dr. Vanderzee is overbooked and doesn't take the time to actively listen to patients' concerns. She isn't skilled at handling patients with chronic conditions. Furthermore, she makes incorrect assumptions about patients' health based on their weight.

She doesn’t do any tests or labs before making a diagnosis. Very concerning. People are going to her for help for a medical concern and she seems disinterested.

Not an active listener. Dismisses patient concerns and doesn't know how to handle people experiencing chronic illness other than to throw medications with severe side effects at them or throw up her hands in resignation. Also makes incorrect assumptions about patients' health based on their weight.
