She took the time before and during surgery to help me achieve the most desirable outcome which is most beneficial for one’s healing process mentally and physically. My family and I are very grateful for her dedication and her expertise.

I am grateful to Dr. Calhoun for getting me on the table quickly after my diagnosis. She was the only surgeon with so much time available on her schedule. For straightforward situations I think she would be ok. However, she dismissed my multiple pre-existing conditions as unimportant, and was useless at pain recommendations, pushing me to take oxycodone when there were more effective, less addictive options. She did not seem intellectually curious, though she diligently performed the basics.

Dr, Calhoun surely stands out as the best. With specialty training and many years' of practice, she is the best doctor in surgical oncology. We were so lucky to have her as the doctor who performed the breast cancel operation. Her bed manner is superb. She gave up her holiday to do post-surgical visit. We couldn't be happier with her, even with the horrible disease.
