The Doctor was very knowledgeable, likeable, cheerful, skillful, and just wonderful overall.She proceeded to go over my extensive medical history and my medications, then she did the physical exam. She was very thorough, from my eyes and ears to my toes. she didn't miss a beat. In conclusion, she is going to call one of my doctors with the results of my exam because I need some specialized testing done.I would recommend her to anyone, 100%. This was my first actual use of the service. It was easy. Spoke to the call taker, who connected me to a nurse who took all pertinent information. After consulting she advised that she was going to discuss with the on call physician and that Landmark would re-contact me shortly. Within less than 45 minutes I received a call back advising that a visiting nurse would be at my home in the afternoon to see me. Heather showed up right at 3:00PM as they said. She was professional, personable and knowledgeable. After checking me and doing some in home quick tests she contacted the on call physician who prescribed appropriate medication for me which was filled the same day. By 9:00PM my symptoms were already improving and I have gotten better each day since. I would not have been able to see my own doctor until this coming week and would have had to make a trip to a walk in clinic.The landmark service all happened in the same day that I contacted them and I feel that I was well cared for.
