Had a total R knee replacement in November 2020 that was a result of an old ACL injury, cartilage damage & resulting osteoarthritis. So happy with results. Dr. Matson-Ko is a fantastic surgeon with up-to-date knowledge, and care which includes the mind-body connection. Hoo-ray! She and her team are so responsive with incredible & timely performance! Love these guys and my new knee. P.S. she’s also a champion bicycle racer so she fully understands sports injuries & performance.

Dr. Matsen Ko was referred to me by a very dear friend who also had his hip replaced. When I first met Dr Laura I appreciated her honesty, bluntness and took the time and had the patience to answer all my questions - ridiculous and sincere ones! I needed to have a full replacement due to arthritis. I felt VERY comfortable the day of surgery and confident that I was in good hands. I'm an active 46 year old and this was my first surgery - ever. Her entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every person I have met on her team from lovely Rhianna to the guy who gave me my anesthetic - were very kind and genuine.She takes her job very seriously and is damn good at what she does. I love my scar and SOOOO impressed with her work and efficiency. May be crazy to love a scar, but hey, I'm bionic now and her work is flawless.If you're searching for an ortho surgeon, don't look any further than Dr. Matsen Ko and her team!

Dr Laura Matsen Ko is the best! I had a TKR in Nov and am so happy I finally did it! I am back to doing all activities, including my profession of jumping horses!, Unfortunately my other knee is now the issue. I will be seeing Dr Matsen Ko again for her to replace my other knee. I cannot wait to be back on the mend and in the saddle again! So many thanks to the wonderful Dr Matsen Ko, see you soon:)

3+ years after two TKA's, I am thinner, fitter, happier than I've been in twenty years! Talking to many friends who have had pain and complications after their surgeries, I have to hold my tongue when I want to remind them that I did suggest they see Dr Matsen-Ko.
