Dr. Flanagan is amazing. She took such good care of me. She was kind, compassionate and informative. She was super supportive. She did warn me about what the bilateral mastectomy would look like and where the discomfort may occur. I felt very informed. SCCA is the best. She actually held my hand while I fell asleep. My scars are small and hidden. I will always be grateful for all of the time she spent with me.

I probably encountered the worst Surgery I have ever had! I had bilateral mastectomy I have horrific scars and have made an appointment with a reconstruction specialist to repair the damage! I was told by the specialist I have skin attached to my bones which is painful and I also have massive skin leftover under my arms! I am unable to lay down on my left side due to the pulling of the skin attached to my bone as it's painful I cannot lift my left arm very high as it pulls terribly on my incision! I am very excited about the specialist being able to repair said damage and once again be comfortable! And not horrified when I see the damage and pain I have suffered since the surgery last July! Then they left a response giving the wrong phone number to contact!! I called and they said they would forward my contact information to the proper person! They have an excuse for everything just keep passing me on so I can imagine that I will have another wait to get my concerns addressed! Terrible Terrible service!!!! 3 day's later and still no reply from the other person who was supposed to contact me about the horrible scars and needed massive repairs!! I would not ever recommend anyone to this office or it's support staff who keeps passing me on to other staff who does not contact you regarding the serious issues in this matter!!!

Worst surgeon I have ever encountered. Scarred severely for life. A plastic surgeon repaired a little bit of the damage.

Dr Flanagan is one of thee best! Very concerned ,caring and a darn good surgeon! Can’t get better care than SCCA and Dr Flanagan!

Exceptional care and treatment of patients.Gives thorough explanations of procedures, and reasons for them.Is respectful and communicates well. Performs surgery efficiently and confidently. Definitely a top doctor.
