Dr. Doreswamy is a thoughtful, intelligent, and caring Neurologist. She really took care of me and my struggle with migraines.

It takes a couple of months to get initial appointment, after waiting for over a months, she cancels your appointment and makes you set up another appointment. Her next availability is another more than a month away. Takes months to get a home sleep study kit. Another month to schedule a virtual follow up. Staff are OK. if you are looking to resolve your sleep issue, i would go somewhere else.
I have seen her multiple times and every single time she has been running late, once over 20min! I one time show up 5 minutes late and she refused to see me. The next available was 3 months away! Absolutely awful experience with no care for the patient in mind at all. They don’t care about your schedule, it’s all about them. No other service oriented industry would have this happen. She wasn’t willing to flex 5 minutes. Never going back and will gladly find a new hospital.
Excellent. I have had no issues with Dr. Doreswamy as my neurologist.
I was having neurological symptoms, and came to Dr Doreswamy to interpret my MRI. I felt rushed and left with more questions than I came in with. I'll be looking for another neurologist who is better at patient education and follow up.
Dr. Doreswamy was helpful and encouraging to me. I had sleep apnea for years, with horrible nerve pain traveling up and down my arms and legs and constant nightmares. She helped me to get a sleep study as well as offering that I could bring a caregiver with me to the sleep study if I was too anxious to do it on my own. Only complaint I have is that she assumed that I would have only mild sleep apnea (when actually I had quite significant sleep apnea, as shown in the study), I would recommend coming in prepared with a list of the common symptoms because sometimes it's hard to know what your symptoms are, because you are actually sleeping and unaware of what's happening. Overall, she is compassionate, level headed and very considerate of any fear or anxiety you may have.
My experience with Dr. Doreswamy has been great. She is a good listener, follows up well on your issues and is thorough in her consultations and is connected to great specialists to refer you to.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Doreswamy. I had 2 at home sleep tests with results that were inconclusive. She wanted me to go to the hospital for an over night study. I said I won’t sleep at all, I do not sleep in new beds and in the type of scenario and didn’t feel like it would provide any better results. She said she could give me a sleep aid. I said, I don’t take those. Over the next year, I found myself waking in the night, gasping for breath, my heart racing. It seemed to happen only when I slept on my back. I called her back. I said I know I have positional sleep apnea I wake up gasping for breath and my heart racing only when I sleep on my back. I told her that this had a big impact on my blood presage which could run quit high. She told me she would not write me a prescription for a CPAP machine if I did not go in and do an expensive sleep study in a hospital. This made no sense to me as it may also give inconclusive results, but I was still suffering fro
She seems pretty clueless with many lifestyle issues of sleep apnea and sleep deprivation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
