Dr. Liu was very thorough. While efficient in her examinations questions I never felt the appointment was rushed. She also encouraged me to reach out over MyChart with questions or concerns about the issue we discussed and ensured a follow-up appointment was made that day.

I had a very friendly, helpful visit with Dr Liu. I scheduled the appointment for treatment of a wart but she took time to give me a thorough check up. She prescribed an ointment and explained the use and details.

The appointment felt very rushed which gave me little time to process and while I understand that there needs to be a focus point for each appointment I feel like my other issues won't be addressed any time soon given that it is an average of 4 months wait to see this provider and my next visit is a follow up on the same issue. But they were knowledgeable about my main specific issue which was better than a previous experience I had before finding this provider and they seemed kind with the time we had. Overall satisfied with the care, likely won't look for another provider unless a truly terrible experience comes up.
