I called the clinic several times and the doctor that I saw psychiatrist was very rude refused to continue the medication that I got from my previous doctor and helps me with my panic disorders and my anxiety I asked to see a different doctor in the clinic but I don’t know if it’s going to work out they do more talking about your problems then treating me they don’t treat the problem with medication’s all they do is want to do give you talk therapy they just didn’t want to monitor me closely with medication’s I don’t really like talking about my problems you cannot solve the worlds problems all you can do is treat the problems with medication’s and monitor the person closely with medication They don’t wanna treat you all they do is tell their patients to go to the emergency room and they know that the emergency room does not prescribe benzodiazepines And then the hospital redirect me back to the psychiatrist doctor so they can refill my medicine

I really like my Psychiatrist and feel listened to. The scheduling process is easy and medication is sent in in a timely manner. The low star rating is a result of the horrible experience I have had when trying to get in touch with someone at the office to help me. Seattle hasn't even been listed as a contact option on the phone number provided. There is no way to e-mail anyone and you are only given a very limited amount of characters to ask questions or request info. It took over a month to get documents that my Dr. request I fill out. I contacted them multiple times and the communication and responses were terrible. I feel like it delayed my treatment and caused me more anxiety than I needed, knowing my Dr. had told me to make sure I got the office to send me what I needed. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they said I would get a call back in 5 minutes (that never happened) I failed to get the materials I needed (not for lack of trying), and he told me that I was not the only client who had expressed their frustrations. Finally he e-mailed them and we were finally able to get the documents. I had also put in a request on the page to have a manager contact me because I was so displeased with the whole process. This never happened either. I'm happy to continue my care with my Dr., but hope I don't need anything from the office staff in the future. I also work in a mental health office for a psychiatrist and this level of customer service would be unacceptable.

0 Stars. Met with me once, got me prescribed with a medication and then kept claiming that my insurance was inactive. Went through the whole process of contacting my insurance, going on a three way call with them to make sure that they had everything correct in their system. Then lo and behold the next appointment arrives and they claim that my insurance is inactive again! They hung up on me and then would not corporate with my insurance when I tried to solve the issue. Worst company I’ve ever worked with, do not go here.

If I could rate them 0 starts I would, I get being understaffed but I had the same appointment cancelled and rescheduled 5 times. Two times the appointments were cancelled without my knowledge or any communication. Then the appointment was rescheduled because apparently I didn’t do everything on my end which is false. I was very excited to seek services here but was majorly disappointed especially since I was seeking mental health services. The worst experience with mental health services I’ve had so far!
